Terms and Conditions:

• On booking a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required
• The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival
• Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will not be reimbursed
• We regret that breakages and damages to the cottage will incur a charge
• Please arrive after 4pm, and depart by 11am on the last day to allow for cleaning and preparation
• Included in the price are linen and towels, heating and hot water, an initial supply of logs, electricity and broadband wireless internet.
