Low Season is November, December, January, February and March excluding Christmas, New Year and Spring Half Term weeks.
High Season is the remainder of the year, including Easter Holidays when these fall in March.
To allow us to prepare the
cottage for your stay, please could you arrive after 4pm, and depart by

Booking Terms: Included in the price
are linen and towels, heating and hot water, an initial supply of logs, electricity and broadband wireless internet. On booking a 10%
non-refundable
deposit will be required, with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations within 4
weeks of arrival will not be reimbursed.We regret that breakages
and damages to the cottage will incur a charge.
